Today, the Firearms Policy Coalition announced the filing of a lawsuit titled "Francisco v Cooke" which challenges New Jersey's handgun carry laws. Daniel Francisco, the founder and president of Blue Star Union, is listed at the top of the complaint as a plaintiff in the case.
This marks a watershed moment in NJ Second Amendment activism. You can follow the case by going to the FPC press release here. You can also find a copy of the legal complaint here. Blue Star Union thanks the Firearms Policy Coalition for all their assistance in this process. You can donate to Blue Star Union here - and you can also donate to Firearms Policy Coalition here. Together, we hope to overturn the tyrannical and unfair laws in New Jersey that elevate state agents about the average citizen.
