Today, the Firearms Policy Coalition announced the filing of a lawsuit titled "Francisco v Cooke" which challenges New Jersey's handgun carry laws. Daniel Francisco, the founder and president of Blue Star Union, is listed at the top of the complaint as a plaintiff in the case.
This marks a watershed moment in NJ Second Amendment activism. You can follow the case by going to the FPC press release here. You can also find a copy of the legal complaint here. Blue Star Union thanks the Firearms Policy Coalition for all their assistance in this process. You can donate to Blue Star Union here - and you can also donate to Firearms Policy Coalition here. Together, we hope to overturn the tyrannical and unfair laws in New Jersey that elevate state agents about the average citizen. We interviewed Laney Sweet - the loving wife Daniel Shaver. It's a tragic story that every American should be intimately familiar with. We launched a t-shirt fundraiser to help support Laney and her family in the wake of this terrible tragedy. 100% of the profits from the sale of this shirt will go directly to her. Show your support for her family by buying a shirt for yourself and a loved one - and make sure to do justice to the story when people ask you the question "Who is Daniel Shaver?" You can support her by buying the shirt here. |
